Todd really does rock! I've been told that he plays a mean lick on the guitar, but he as far as a realtor, he is a true professional. Todd was our seller's agent and while selling our house, he always had the most positive attitude and always made us feel like a rockstars. While he is quite knowledgable, if there was something he didn't know, he went the extra mile to get the correct answer. To us, that is a big deal. Many people will tell you what you want to hear, but Todd is honest and sincere. Todd was fantastic as a Seller's agent. Our home in Crestview was originally listed for sale with another agent/company for 8 months and received only one offer that fell through because the buyer backed-out.
