Todd really does rock!  I've been told that he plays a mean lick on the guitar, but he as far as a realtor, he is a true professional.  Todd was our seller's agent and while selling our house, he always had the most positive attitude and always made us feel like a rockstars.  While he is quite knowledgable, if there was something he didn't know, he went the extra mile to get the correct answer.  To us, that is a big deal.  Many people will tell you what you want to hear, but Todd is honest and sincere.  I would rather someone tell me that they don't know the answer and that they will get back to us than to 'fake until you make it', which I have experienced with other realtors.  When I see that trait in people, I will usually distance myself because in real estate (as well as other professions), it will catch up with you.  The other trait that I really liked about Todd was the fact that he was a quick study in understanding what we value in our real estate needs and wants.  He listened to us and tailored the information he gave to us based on our style and treated us like a true client or customer, which is not too common these days.  His values never changed, but we appreciated his accommodation.  We would highly recommend Todd and will use him in the future for our future real estate needs as they arise.  Thank you Todd!

Todd was fantastic as a Seller's agent.  Our home in Crestview was originally listed for sale with another agent/company for 8 months and received only one offer that fell through because the buyer backed-out.  Amid competition from new construction and rising interest rates resulting in a shrinking number of buyers, our agent couldn't get our house sold.  At the end of our obligatory listing period, Todd was one of four Realtors that approached us to take on the challenge of selling our home.  Todd is very personable and explained how he would market our home if given the opportunity to be our agent.  After a couple of days of mulling over the strategies of all four realtors, we decided to hire on Todd to be our agent.  His home sale approach coupled with his positive attitude convinced us he could sell our home and he did !  In less than 60 days, our home was sold and we are ecstatic. I didn't seek Todd out, he sought me. We started out trying to sell by owner and Todd reached out... not so much to get my business but to see what help and resources I might need. He stayed in contact for the first couple of months we tried to sell on our own.  When we were ready to change the 'plan' and go with a Realtor..it was easy to sit down with Todd and move forward.  The Market was very slow but Todd stuck with it and aggressively marketed our home.. always encouraging and an never giving us the sense he was doing less than 100%.  In the end it paid off and we closed.. close on the house and that chapter of our journey.  We have bought and sold many houses over the years and at the end of the day I'm happy to have met Todd.
